IMPORTANT PATIENT INFORMATION

We will be changing our clinical system on the 26th April and will need our patients to be patient with us.  On the 25th April we will not have computer access from 5pm, so we will be unable to access computer records, test results etc, or generate repeat prescriptions until the following day.

We will be a little slower carrying out consultations, booking and cancelling appointments and generally navigating the NEW system,  so please be patient with us.  We will try to minimise any disruption.

Those patients that use EMIS Access will not be able to access the site over the 2 days, please telephone the surgrey to book and cancel appointments and also remember to order repeat medication in plenty of time.

Time to Learn - This surgery and many others in the Southend area will be closed for the whole afternoon and evening on the following dates to take part in a scheme for all practice staff to develop and update their professional skills and knowledge:-
